Matt Houlders founded Little Critters Pest Control in 2015 after 15+ years treating properties across Southeast Queensland. He’s a QBCC licensed pest technician (#15008422) and AEPMA member with specialist termite management accreditations.

Matt has personally inspected over 1,200 Sunshine Coast properties, developing expertise in subtropical pest behaviour that most southern-trained technicians don’t have. He knows how termites behave differently in canal estates versus hinterland homes, and which treatments actually hold up in year-round coastal humidity.

He started Little Critters because he was tired of watching companies rush through jobs with generic approaches that failed within 18 months. His focus: honest pest solutions that protect Sunshine Coast families, without overselling unnecessary treatments.
